Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Extra crushed Oreos and whole mini Oreos for topping
Instructions:
Preheat Oven and Prep Pans:
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
Shape and Bake:
Scoop large balls of dough (about 3 tablespoons each) onto the prepared baking sheets. Press down slightly and top each cookie with additional crushed Oreos and a mini Oreo.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are just turning golden but the centers are still soft.
Cool and Serve:
Let the cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Post Tips:
For an even more milkshake-like experience, serve these cookies with a side of cold milk or vanilla ice cream.
Get creative with mix-ins by adding different flavored Oreos or other cookie types for variety.
