🍪🍫 No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pie 🍫🍪
A creamy, no-bake pie filled with edible cookie dough and chocolate chips. Perfect for any sweet tooth!
Ingredients:
Pie Crust:
24 Chips Ahoy! chocolate chip cookies
1/3 cup butter, melted
Cookie Dough:
10 tbsp softened butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
6-8 tbsp milk
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Pie Filling:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
16 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Make the Crust:
Place cookies in a large food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
Add melted butter and pulse until evenly distributed.
Press the mixture into a greased 9" springform pan and refrigerate.
Make the Cookie Dough:
In a large bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar, salt, vanilla, and 6 tablespoons of milk.
Add flour and mix until combined. If the mixture seems dry, add more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Mix in mini chocolate chips.
Roll dough into approximately 1-inch balls and refrigerate.
Make the Pie Filling:
In a large bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until well combined.
Add vanilla extract and beat until combined.
Fold in whipped cream until smooth.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Take half of the cookie dough balls, crumble them, and fold into the pie filling.
Assemble the Pie:
Pour the pie filling into the prepared crust.
Decorate with the remaining cookie dough balls. (Cut dough balls in half or crumble as desired.)
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 4 hours 30 minutes
 
Tips:
Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling.
Press the crust mixture firmly into the pan to avoid crumbling.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
