📋 Ingredients:
🍪 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
🥄 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
🥛 1 cup milk
🥛 1/2 cup heavy cream
🍫 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
📝 Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
2️⃣ Slice and Press Dough: Slice the cookie dough into 24 equal slices. Press each slice into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
3️⃣ Bake the Cookie Cups: Bake the cookie cups for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and gently press down the center of each cookie cup with the back of a spoon to create a well. Allow to cool completely.
4️⃣ Prepare the Pudding: In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened. Spoon the pudding into each cookie cup.
5️⃣ Make the Chocolate Ganache: In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
6️⃣ Top with Ganache: Spoon the chocolate ganache over the pudding-filled cookie cups.
7️⃣ Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the cookie bites for at least 30 minutes, or until set. Remove from the muffin tin and serve.
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes | Total Time: 45-60 minutes | Servings: Makes about 24 cookie bites
