Instructions:
Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls:
Open the can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and separate the rolls.
Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
Prepare the Egg Mixture:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Dip the Cinnamon Roll Pieces:
Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
Cook the French Toast Bites:
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and add the butter.
Once the butter is melted and sizzling, add the dipped cinnamon roll pieces to the skillet.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
