What's Your Favorite Coping Mechanisms?

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience on how I cope whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed or anxious. I make sure to grab my sketchbook and pencils and I'll let my emotions flow onto the page. You can so this even if you’re not good at it. It works for me and I know it would for you too. Feel free to share your experiences as well
