How often do you go for medical check up?

Going for a medical check up is very important because that helps you to find out early when there's any health condition you need to start taking card if early so it doesn't become complicated. I try to go for my medical check up at least twice in a year.

I see my PA like every month as I have  a lot of issues to bring to him.
